WARM inks deal with LISP 1

MOA creating a Material Recovery Facility (CMRF) – was signed by the Light Industry and Science Park – I Locators Association Inc. (LISP 1 -LAI) and Waste and Resources Management, Inc., (WARM) last December 8, 2008. The MOA authorizes WARM to build and operate a CMRF in a 1 hectare lot within the Industrial Park. The document was signed by Danny Lachica, President of the LISP-1 LAI and Manny Alvarez, President of WARM. Witnesses to the signing were Marisel Besa of LISP-1 LA and Joana Alba of WARM.

The MOA signing paves the way for the construction of the CMRF facility in the industrial park. Earth Day in April 2009 is the target date for the start of operations.
