WARM featured on “Productivity and Quality (P & Q) Manual for SME's“

Waste and Resources Management Inc. (WARM) was chosen to be featured as one of the inspirational stories on 5S Implementation for the soon to be released “Productivity and Quality (P & Q) Manual for SMEs “, published by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) and funded in part by the Foundation for Asian Management Development (FAMD). The story is an account of how the ISO division of WARM implemented and sustained the implementation of 5S in the Trece Martirez plant from its inception.

The said P & Q Manual is a step by step guide for SME’s (Small and Medium Enterprises) on how to implement the basic P & Q tools such as 5S, Quality Circles, Suggestion Schemes, Work Simplification, Green Productivity and EMS. It also includes articles on Production Management, Decision Making and Inspiration Stories. The manual is scheduled to be out this February 2009.
